Sessions are available face-to-face or by Telehealth.

I work with adults. I have experience and interest in helping adults needing assistance with the following areas (alphabetically listed!):

  • Anxiety (especially anxiety that is generalised, social anxiety, specific phobias, panic attacks)

  • Gender identity affirmation

  • Grief following bereavement, including bereavement after suicide; grief following other losses

  • Life transitions, including adjustment to disability or serious illness, navigating relationship loss, retrenchment

  • Low mood- depression and bipolar 1 & 2

  • Parenting support

  • Recovery from substance use and addictive processes

  • Self esteem from a Body Positive approach

  • Sexuality issues

  • Substance use concerns

  • Stress management, preventing burnout

  • Trauma recovery- single incident and complex trauma, help for the symptoms that arise in response to trauma [EMDR can be done in person or online, after we have completed assessment and stabilisation]

  • Workplace bullying and harassment- support and strategies to navigate and to recover from the experience
